We partner with notable Transformer manufacturers in Europe and China to sell and distribute Power Transformer rating to 60MVA both in 11 and 33 high tension for step up or standard step-down design purposes from the National Grid. Our trained engineers are often on standby to recommend, install any capacity of Power Transformer.

Distribution transformers transform electricity from the 11 kV distribution network to the low voltages used to power appliances and small machines. Distribution transformers can also be custom made which can be used in a range of specialized industrial Capacity.
Installation/Maintenance
Vintage PowerCare Limited Engineering Team are capable of install all types of power distribution equipment including transformers, switchgear and Gas generators, and are able to undertake cabling up to and including 33kV. We can also carry out Impulse tests, temperature rise tests and short circuit tests on a range of distribution and power transformers from 500kVA to
55MVA.
Substation Services offer a full range of on-site transformer testing and fault diagnosis including:
- Visual conditional assessments. Full range of oil sampling analysis.
- Transformer Ratio, Vector Group and Magnetising Current Testing
- Insulation Resistance Testing inclusive of insulation measurements
- Test of windings and the transformer core.
- Testing of all types of auxiliary protection instruments.
